| Alvito's is now run by head chef and local
man Gianni Lavelle. Gianni has more than 18 years experience in high
profile restaurants and hotels.
Gianni plays an active role in the day to day running of the restaurant.
Gianni is an award wnning chef who previously worked in the world
renowned K-Club in Straffan, Co. Kildare.
Gianni returned back to Leixlip with the FIC Commendation for 2006
from the Italian Federation of Chefs.
