Alvito’s is run by husband and wife team
of Pietro & Sabrina Macari, who also run the very successful Da Vinci’s
Restaurant in Leixlip.
The kitchen team is lead by Chef Salvatore Marrone from Naples, whose
career extends from working in very successful restaurants both in
Italy and New York City.
This trio of Italians ensure that the menu contains authentic Italian
Dishes with also a selection of fusion dishes combining the best of
Italian food with international flavours.
